And just like that November is over.
What a blur. I keep coming back to make posts and realizing that a week or more has gone by, and we have done millions of things. Thanksgiving was wonderful. Time was spent with family and friends. Rory enjoyed hanging out with the kids.
Chuck and I went to see Sideways, which we enjoyed and inspired us to start drinking more Pinot Noir. We visited the Cincinnati Children's Museum which was very impressive, we can't wait to bring Rory back when she is a little bit older. Chuck started his rotation at the Veteran's Hospital, which he seems to like. He is getting a chance to do a lot of surgery which is always cool.
I will be posting some recent pictures from Thanksgiving, the ballet wrap I made for Margaret's birthday, and pictures from dinner at Chris and Alex's house.
Other thoughts on the mind....I finished Atonement for my book club meeting next week. I really enjoyed it. I remember when we read Enduring Love with Bookclub in Cleveland and I was annoyed by it. But I guess I was in the mood for McEwan's writing this time around. I definitely am going to check out the film version of Enduring Love...it looks like there are some great actors at work here.
Chuck and I also watched Touching the Void, TiVoed from PBS over the weekend. Talk about an intense story.
Now for lots of X-Mas knitting, hoping also to finish poor Lara. I have maybe 25 rows left, and then I *just* have to sew here up. Stay tuned, hopefully I will do that before 2005! ;)
